Event Details

Organization development is the most powerful technology available for creating and managing organizational change. Accessing that power starts with “conscious use of self”—empowering ourselves by moving away from being “on automatic.” We need to become more aware of our belief systems and our patterns of thought, emotions, and behavior. Then, we will have the ability to consciously choose to be as powerful as we fundamentally are and as influential as we need to be as effective change agents.

The ASTD Workshop will be a two-hour experiential look into perspectives and dynamics that participants will be able to immediately use to increase their effectiveness.
